We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to oversee and coordinate our Next Gen Project, engaging 16–40-year-old volunteers and stakeholders across the Jewish community. This exciting role focuses on growing and developing the programme, creating meaningful opportunities for young people, and building strong community connections.

Based within our Volunteer Services team, you will play a key role in recruiting and supporting volunteers, delivering engaging initiatives, and working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to expand the project’s reach and impact. You’ll also act as an ambassador for The Fed, helping to promote our work and values across the wider community.
