Dining

Heathlands Village’s catering team prepares delicious, fresh meals three times a day, in our strictly kosher kitchens.

All food preparation is overseen by a mashgiach (supervisor) and we operate under the licence of the Manchester Beth Din.

The team produces a variety of nutritious, tasty meals and can cater for people with specialist dietary requirements. We offer plenty of vegetarian options and puréed foods, if needed. And there’s plenty of choice about where to eat!

Balcombe Hall

Balcombe Hall is our busy main restaurant but we also have smaller, quieter dining rooms in our various living areas. If you would prefer to eat alone you will be pleased to know that we offer a room-service option too.

You can also invite your family and friends to join you for meals. Our Customer Services Team can provide you with a list of guest meal charges.

The Village Coffee Shop

The Village Coffee Shop is a great place to meet the family for a late breakfast, lunch or spot of afternoon tea. There’s also a good supply of toys and plenty of space for any little visitors!

On warmer days you can enjoy sitting out on the patio or in the garden while you eat.

The coffee shop is open Sunday to Thursday from 10.30 am – 3.30 pm. (Closed Friday and Saturday).

Heathlands Village was last inspected by Food Safety Officers from Bury Council in March 2025. They awarded us a Food Safety Score of 5 which is classed as ‘Very Good’.
