It’s a chance to showcase everything that makes The Fed such an exceptional organisation, with staff awards being presented and long-serving staff celebrated.
This year, more than 250 members of staff joined us over ten presentations, with a chance to offer feedback to senior management on the future of The Fed and to hear from other teams about the work they undertake throughout the year.
