In January, our residents celebrated the life and works of Robbie Burns with a special Burns-themed lunch in Balcombe Hall.
From a scots-inspired menu (with veggie haggis!), to readings of Burns’ verses, and tartan decorations and Scottish flags adorning the hall, everyone got into the spirit!
Fed Volunteer, Walter Fisher – a native Scot – acted as Master of Ceremonies, and wished everyone a ‘good yom tov!’ as they sat down to eat!
