To celebrate Tu B’Shvat, we were delighted to welcome Rabbi Daniel Walker to Heathlands Village, to help us plant a tree in the Village grounds.
Under the watchful eye of residents Raymond Myers and Myra Maurer, the group planted a new bush to mark the occasion, led by Religious Director Keith Rosen.
The weather was kind enough to stay dry just long enough for Rabbi Walker to complete the planting, with Raymond saying it was “even better than last year!”
