105 guests woke up very early yesterday to attend The Fed’s Business Breakfast with James Timpson OBE at Manchester Hall and raise crucial funds to support The Fed’s life transforming – and often life saving – work with one in seven Jewish homes in Greater Manchester.

Before listening to James in conversation with Danni Hewson guests heard Rabbi Benjy Rickman talk emotionally about how The Fed had “saved his family’s life” through its support of his autistic son.

James explained how his key business philosophy of always ensuring his staff are happy is the driver to Timpson’s success and also spoke about his commitment to hiring ex-offenders and how the business navigated Covid.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and donated so generously. Your support ensures The Fed can remain as the Manchester Jewish community’s safety net.
