We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our welcoming team. This role is based on our reception desk, where you will be first point of call for visitors. your duties will include:
- Meeting & Greeting with a friendly and professional approach
- Answering calls and and handling enquiries efficiently
- Administrative tasks
Hours and Shift Pattern
- 77 hours over a 2 week roling rota, including some weekends.
- week 1: 33 hours
- week 2: 44 hours
Wage
£11.50 per hour

a welcoming and approachable manner
Strong multitasking abilities – handling calls, visitors and admin efficiently.
Attention to detail -ensuring accuracy in all tasks
IT proficiency – comfortable using computer systems
