CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our welcoming team. This role is based on our reception desk, where you will be first point of call for visitors. your duties will include:

  • Meeting & Greeting with a friendly and professional approach
  • Answering calls and and handling enquiries efficiently
  • Administrative tasks

 

Hours and Shift Pattern

  • 77 hours over a 2 week roling rota, including some weekends.
  • week 1: 33 hours
  • week 2: 44 hours

 

Wage

£11.50 per hour

Excellent communication skills- warm, friendly and professional

a welcoming and approachable manner

Strong multitasking abilities – handling calls, visitors and admin efficiently.

Attention to detail -ensuring accuracy in all tasks

IT proficiency – comfortable using computer systems
