For his upcoming 16th birthday, my son Oscar has taken the initiative to raise vital funds to support The Fed – an amazing charity which supports 1 in 7 Jewish households and over 6,500 people every year.
Showing a real sense of responsibility and compassion for others. He wants to contribute to something bigger than himself and help ensure vital services continue to support people in need.
I’m incredibly proud of his determination to make an impact. Helping others and being part of something positive. Learning along the way how small actions can help make a big difference in people’s lives.
Oscar is going to Skydive on Sunday taking to the skies and him out of his comfort zone.
Any donation, large or small, to support Oscar would be greatly appreciated and make a real difference to The Fed – ensuring they can continue to provide the life enhancing – and often lifesaving – support they deliver to so many and remain as the Manchester Jewish community’s safety net.
Thank you so much for supporting Oscar and The Fed.
