Long-time friends of The Fed, the Nightingale Committee, have raised £4,000 towards the continuation of music therapy sessions at Heathlands Village.

Meeting with Fed Chairman, Bernie Yaffe, and Fundraising and Marketing Director, Raphi Bloom, the group presented a cheque to The Fed, in support of this wonderful musical tool.

Fundraising Manager, Rochelle Broman, was delighted with the donation.

“Thanks to the wonderful support of the Nightingale committee, who work tirelessly in memory of Joy Cainer, we are delighted to be able to continue our music therapy sessions with Nordoff Robbins at Heathlands Village,” she said.

“It is a remarkable project – and one that is loved by our residents – and we are so grateful to the committee for securing it’s future.”
