The Fed is a leading social care Charity for the Greater Manchester Community, we offer a wide range of community services that reach across Greater Manchester.
Our Volunteer Team is a an experienced, supportive & friendly team who coordinate our 550 Volunteer who deliver nearly 30,000 hours of Volunteering each year for the Jewish Community.
We currently have a vacancy in our Volunteer Team for a part time Volunteer Coordinator to support the work of The Fed in South Manchester.
This 12 hour per week post will be based mainly in South Manchester. and the successful applicant will work alongside our South Manchester Volunteer Coordinator continue to develop our work across the area, supporting our most vulnerable community members.
Duties Will Include: working directly with people and their carers in a range of establishments, including their own homes; offering individual practical and emotional guidance and support.

- Must be kind, caring, patient + good with people.
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn and maintain training.
- Excellent communication skills.
