The Fed’s Community Team are looking for someone with the ability to strengthen the team and the Community.

• EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not essential; if you have the right attitude and drive and want to make a difference and contribute to improving the lives of others.
Previous experience of achieving positive outcomes and a genuine interest in supporting others to positive changes.

• EDUCATION:
Good standard of education
Good level of English; for report and assessment work.
You would ideally have some knowledge and training in a related field to health and social care.

• SKILLS:
Compassion and Caring nature
Warm and approachable
Excellent communication and assessment skills
IT skills
Car Driver
Ability to provide practical and emotional support, offer assistance and guidance, giving our community clients, the confidence they need to live as independently as possible.
Ability to work with a strong team of dedicated community workers.
