An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development & Customer Care Manager to join The Federation of Jewish Services, a leading Social Care Charity for the Greater Manchester Community.

Location: Manchester, M25 9SB
Hours:
37 hours per week Monday – Friday (Occasional evenings/weekends)
Salary: £34,000 per annum including generous Benefits

The Role:

To support the organisation to maximise its potential for full occupancy of its residential and nursing services.

To lead and drive the expansion of The Feds customer base and have primary responsibility for pro-actively sourcing new admissions, managing enquiries, assessment and liaising with potential new customers and their families.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing occupancy against budget and the promotion of Village services to potential customers.
  • The quality assurance of the customer journey from enquiry stage to six weeks following admission.
  • Contribute toward the marketing and awareness of our Village services

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

You will lead & drive the expansion of The Feds client base and have primary responsibility for the management of enquiries, assessment, and admissions to residential and nursing care provision.

You will be responsible for:

  • The development and marketing of Village services to potential customers.
  • Responsibility for the sales and contract negotiation of our residential and nursing care services
  • Ensuring the customer journey and experience is of the highest quality from enquiry stage to post admission.
