To research resident’s preferences for social activities to ensure they are able to benefit from activities that they are interested in.
To ensure there is a range of quality activities are offered on site enhancing a hemishe feel, including planning a calendar of events around Jewish Festivals.
Carry out duties as designated by the Deputy Head of Wellbeing/Head of Wellbeing.
Be creative and innovative in bringing new ideas and activities to the department to continue to meet the daily needs of our residents.
Use a person centred approach at all times.
Document daily activities on the Fed database.
To gather and evaluate activities and provide reports where required.
Escort residents on trips/outings.
Assist with personal care when needed.
