Whatever the reason for coming, all members receive a warm, very friendly welcome. And help is on hand if you are experiencing a difficult period.
It’s a safe, familiar place where people come for individual support, social opportunities and activities.
There are two regular evening sessions a week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a monthly Sunday “bagel brunch” held at The Fed’s our Purple Room Community Centre in Eventhall House, Heathlands Village. These are run by our sessional staff and volunteers.
The Drop In has a great annual programme of activities including parties and outings such as to theatre trips or meals out.
There are also well-being sessions which include massage and laughter therapy.
We make sure that we provide what members want by consulting with them about the type of activities they want us to arrange.
Details of our Drop In session times and activities/outings are available to all Drop In members on our mailing list.
Coming for the first time?
