‘No bread to help The Fed!’

To help me get rid of some of the pounds I gained during lockdown, I’ve decided to give up eating bread for the whole of January!

To motivate me and keep me going I’m raising money along the way for The Fed – the organisation that runs Heathlands Village Care Home where my mum lives.

I feel very grateful to The Fed for supporting a range of visits during this pandemic. They are currently creating visitor pods to allow me and numerous others to visit their family and friends there safely.
