PROJECT SMILE provides flexible, home-based one-to-one respite for children with special needs, or in need, and their families.
Our professionally trained family support workers help and encourage children to participate in leisure, educational and daily living activities. This enables parents, carers and other family members to have a period of respite from their caring role. The service can be delivered in the home, other suitable venue or at our purpose- built Children’s Centre. All recipients of PROJECT SMILE services must first have an assessment of need.
This project is registered and approved by CQC (Care Quality Commission) as a 3* Excellent Service Provider and meets their rigorous standards.
