Adult Social Work Team
The Fed's Adult Social Work team provides advice, assessment and support to adults and older people across Greater Manchester. We can provide or give advice on:
- Community Care Assessments
- Help at Home (Homecare)
- Day Care and Luncheon Clubs
- Meals on Wheels
- Residential and Nursing Care
- Sheltered Housing/Housing problems
- Welfare Rights and Benefits
- Financial crisis or emergency
- Equipment to help in your home
- Respite Care and Breaks for Carers, Carers Assessments
We work closely with Manchester, Bury, Salford, Trafford and Stockport local authorities to ensure people receive the support they need.
We carry out Community Care Assessments on behalf of Manchester, Bury and Salford local authorities.
